At Ahrora, our customers mean the world to us. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to ensuring you are pleased with your purchase.

Your purchase of Ahrora products is governed by certain regulations, including the EU Sale of Goods Directive no. 2019/771 dated 20 May 2019. These regulations grant you specific rights that are non-negotiable. Our terms are designed to be in full compliance with these laws, ensuring that no rights, guarantees, or remedies implied by law are excluded or limited.

If you happen to receive a damaged or defective item, please get in touch with us immediately for a refund or replacement.

Changed your mind? Want to swap for a different color? No worries! To qualify for an exchange, ensure you return the item within 90 days of purchase. The product should be unused, in the same state as when you received it, and in its original packaging. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held accountable for lost incoming deliveries. A shipping fee will be applied for sending out your replacement.

Items labeled as FINAL SALE during the purchase are not eligible for refunds unless they are faulty or defective. This policy is in line with your statutory or consumer law rights, including the EU Sale of Goods Directive no. 2019/771 dated 20 May 2019.

1.     Customers bear the cost of all return shipments. For returns not due to Ahrora errors, you will need to cover the shipping charges. All returns should be directed to:

3.     All returned items must be purchased from Ahrora.com and returned within 90 days from the date of purchase.

4.     If you're returning an item due to an error on Ahrora's part, please email us at [email protected] for a merchandise return label. 

5.     Please note that we currently do not provide return labels for international returns. If provided with a merchandise return label, ensure it's clearly visible on the exterior of the returned package.

6.     Please include a copy of your purchase receipt for the returned product within the package.

7.     No return shipment should weigh more than 2kgs.

8.     For a full refund, all items must be returned in their original packaging. Used items will not qualify for a full refund.

9.     Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, a credit will be processed withing 14 days based on the original payment method.
